Including the Completion Promise as a term of sale.

Version 1 · Monday 13 July 2026

1. The Completion Promise

If we take your child’s first decision, we owe them their sixth parcel. A season is a finite six parcels, funded up front — not an open-ended part-work that can strand a half-built creature. This clause is the promise’s legal home, in exactly the words the rest of the site uses.

2. The season ends

The £129 season is paid once and ends after month six. No stored mandate, no rolling charge, nothing to remember to cancel. Season two is a separate purchase and a fresh decision — nothing here renews itself.

3. Monthly, exactly

£24 each month, and the same season parcel for parcel. Cancelling is a button in your account, effective from the next month: the current month’s parcel completes, no further charge is taken, and nothing claws back. If you simply stay, monthly ends itself when the season completes — it never rolls beyond month six.

4. Pro-rata refunds

Stop mid-season, for any reason or none, and you pay only for what has been made and sent. On the season, every whole month remaining comes back: £129 × months remaining ÷ 6, to your original payment method, within 14 days of your cancellation. Any parcel already made or posted is yours to keep, and anything your child has built stays exactly as it is — the refund covers the months that will not now happen. No reason demanded, no retention script, no exit interview.

5. Free reprints

A part that fails or breaks is reprinted and posted, free — for any part, for any reason, however it happened. Nothing to send back, no photographs required, no forms. Where a whole assembly has gone wrong, a person looks at it and errs on your side. The one thing reprints do not cover is parts of options your child did not choose — the Workshop cuts to the member’s decisions, and that is the product, not a policy.

6. Gifts

A gifted season is paid once, by the giver, and starts when the family activates it — nothing runs, and nobody is charged anything further, while it waits. An unactivated gift can be refunded to the giver in full, at any time. Once activated, the season belongs to the family with every promise on this page intact.

7. Missed months

Nothing expires and nothing is forfeited. The bench waits without comment; parcels follow decisions whenever they are made.

Counsel-passed programme (Allan, 13 July 2026).
